Support Group for Adolescents and Children with Cancer
GRAACC is a non-profit social institution that was created in 1991 to guarantee children and adolescents with cancer every chance of being cured. For this, since 1998, it has a hospital that, in a technical-scientific partnership with the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP), is a reference in the treatment of the disease, mainly the more complex cases and reaching high cure rates. Each year, more than 3,500 patients are treated. In addition to diagnosing and treating childhood cancer, GRAACC works to develop teaching and research. Based on university, business and community partnership, GRAACC relies on the collaboration of thousands of companies and people to exist. The GRAACC Hospital is prepared to receive children and adolescents, from 0 to 18 years old, from all regions of Brazil.
